Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Assistant to join their Commercial & Industrial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Commercial Property while learning from experienced brokers.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 office position. While strong administration skills are essential, approximately 40% of your role will involve actively canvassing businesses, generating leads and sourcing new commercial properties. If you're someone who enjoys being out in the field, thrives on meeting people and is willing to put in the effort, this could be the perfect opportunity.

• Support Commercial Property Brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks

• Upload and maintain commercial property listings on online property portals

• Prepare marketing material and listing information

• Arrange and erect "For Sale" and "To Let" boards

• Maintain accurate property records and databases

• Cold canvass businesses and commercial areas to identify new property opportunities

• Build relationships with landlords, business owners and prospective clients

• Generate new property leads through networking and prospecting

• Assist in growing the commercial property portfolio

• Provide ongoing support to the brokerage team

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Strong administration and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident approaching new people and building relationships

• Comfortable with cold canvassing and business development

• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

• Looking to build a long-term career in Commercial Property

• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Willing to work flexible hours when required

• Basic Salary: R7,000 per month

• Fuel Contribution: R800 per month
