Job Summary

Our client is looking for an energetic, driven and proactive Commercial Property Assistant to join their growing Commercial Property team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone wanting to build a career in commercial property.

The role combines broker support (50%) with new business development (50%), making it ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people and generating opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBroker Support

Upload and manage commercial property listings across various online platforms.
Prepare and update marketing material for available properties.
Arrange and erect "For Sale" and "To Let" boards.
Maintain accurate property records and listing information.
Assist brokers with administrative tasks and property marketing.
Monitor online property portals and ensure listings remain current.

Business Development

Cold canvass businesses and commercial areas to identify new opportunities.
Build relationships with landlords and business owners.
Source potential commercial and industrial properties for listing.
Generate leads through networking and prospecting.
Assist in growing the company's commercial property portfolio.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
Previous sales, customer service or administrative experience advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident speaking to strangers and building relationships
Highly organised and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently
Own reliable vehicle
Valid driver's licence
Cell phone
Age 20–30 preferred as this is an entry-level career opportunity

Remuneration

Basic Salary: R6,500 – R7,000 per month
Cell Phone Allowance
Fuel Allowance
Additional commission/listing incentives (typically R1,000 – R5,000+ per month)
