Job Summary
Minimum RequirementsQualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping
- 3–5 years' experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration.
- Experience processing supplier payments.
- Experience performing reconciliations.
- Experience working within financial deadlines.
- Healthcare finance experience will be advantageous
- Experience using Sage Evolution preferred.
- Accounts Payable principles
- Cashbook management
- General Ledger processing
- Journal processing
- Financial reconciliations
- Inventory accounting
- VAT principles
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Financial controls
- Internal audit principles
- Company financial policies
- Office-based role within the Finance Department at National Renal Care Headoffice.
- Frequent interaction with internal departments and external suppliers.
- High-volume transactional environment requiring accuracy and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Occasional overtime during month-end, financial year-end, audits, or business-critical reporting periods.
