Job Summary
Nature of Role: Remote You will be responsible for turning creative ideas into flawlessly executed shoots, ensuring every image, video, campaign asset and piece of content is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You will manage everything from monthly product shoots and social content creation to large-scale seasonal campaigns, acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external creative partners. The ideal candidate loves organisation as much as creativity. They are calm under pressure, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Production Management * Produce and deliver one small-scale content shoot per month. * Produce frequent social-first video and photography content for digital channels. * Lead the production of 3–4 major brand campaigns annually. * Build detailed production timelines, budgets and shoot schedules. * Manage projects from concept through to final asset delivery. Talent & Supplier Management * Source, book and manage: * Photographers * Videographers * Models and talent * Makeup artists * Hair stylists * Set designers and prop stylists * Studios and locations * Negotiate rates and manage production budgets. * Build and maintain a trusted network of creative freelancers and suppliers. Shoot Execution * Create call sheets, production schedules and shoot documentation. * Ensure all shoots run smoothly and efficiently. * Manage talent logistics, travel, catering and scheduling where required. * Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly on shoot days. * Maintain high production standards while working within budget constraints. Asset Management & Delivery * Oversee post-production timelines and approvals. * Coordinate retouching, editing and final file delivery. * Ensure all assets are correctly named, tagged and archived. * Maintain organised digital asset libraries. * Distribute final files to relevant stakeholders across: * Social Media * E-commerce * Retail * PR * Wholesale * Paid Media * Print Production Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with the Founder, Marketing Team, E-commerce Team and Design Team. * Ensure all content requirements are captured before production begins. * Manage asset requests and delivery deadlines across departments. * Maintain production calendars and content planning documents. Skills & Experience Essential * 3+ years experience in creative production, content production or campaign management. * Experience producing photography and video shoots. * Strong understanding of social media content production. * Exceptional project management and organisational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience managing freelancers, agencies and external suppliers. * Strong budgeting and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Desirable * Experience within beauty, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands. * Knowledge of e-commerce content requirements. * Familiarity with Shopify, Monday.com, Notion, Airtable or similar project management tools. * Understanding of paid social creative production. * Experience working with both stills and motion content. What Success Looks Like Within 12 months, you will have: * Successfully produced 12 monthly content shoots. * Delivered 3–4 major seasonal campaigns. * Built a reliable network of photographers, stylists, HMUA artists, models and studios. * Established a seamless content production workflow. * Created a well-organised digital asset library. * Ensured all stakeholders receive the correct assets on time and in the correct formats. * Increased the speed and efficiency of content production across the business
