Wealth Advisor Assistant Paarl
Well-established Financial Services client seeks a Wealth Advisor Assistant / Personal Assistant to Financial Planner / Administrative Assistant with 5+ years experience. The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Advisors. They are looking for a highly efficient and self-driven individual who thrives in a professional environment.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A OFFICE POSITION - NOT WORK FROM HOME OR HYBRID
Position: Permanent
Salary: R10 000 – R25 000.00 CTC (Depends on experience)
Working Hours: 8am to 16:30 (Mon to Fri)
Minimum Requirement:
Grade 12 with an Office or Business Management qualification
At least 5+ years experience in Wealth Advisor Assistant or Office Administration or Financial Services Administration in a Financial Service environment
Excellent computer skills: MS Office, Advanced Excel, Elite Client System or CRM Systems
Must have excellent planning, organising and time management skills
Must be an analytical thinker with a passion for administration
Excellent communication and people skills
Must be detail-orientated and have the ability to use initiative
Key Duties:
Provide support services to Financial Planner
General administration / Maintain CRM system, etc
Liaise with suppliers and action policy changes
Compile & keep product information
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient client relationships
