Sales Consultant (Trading Platform / Direct Sales)

Hire Resolve is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Consultant to join a growing trading platform group based in Cape Town. Operating as an Independent Contractor, this role is responsible for conducting face-to-face sales consultations, presenting a high-ticket UK stock exchange trading platform direct-to-consumer (B2C), and closing pre-qualified leads provided by an internal booking team.

Key Performance Areas:

• B2C Deal Closing: Conduct an average of 4 face-to-face client consultations per day to pitch and close high-ticket trading platform solutions (R44,000 product value).

• Pre-Qualified Lead Conversion: Receive warm, qualified leads generated via banking partners and internal booking agents, taking full ownership of the closing process.

• Client Relationship Building: Engage directly with individual retail clients, presenting tailored payment solutions (upfront payment or flexible financing options).

• Consultative Selling: Present financial trading platform benefits confidently, overcoming objections and driving high closing ratios.

• Self-Management & Travel: Efficiently manage daily appointment schedules and local travel across the Cape Town region.

Minimum Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Afrikaans and English with excellent verbal communication skills.

• Experience: Proven track record in high-ticket direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, telesales, financial services, insurance, banking, or telecommunications.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle (willing to cover personal travel expenses for client consultations).

• Engagement Model: Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor (responsible for own provisional tax/statutory filings).

• Key Attributes: Strong closer, target-driven, professional appearance, highly motivated, and comfortable working weekdays only.

Position Details & Remuneration Structure:

• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape (Field / Client Meetings).

• Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Full-Time, Weekdays Only).

• Earning Potential: Flexible Remuneration Packages tailored for high-performers:

  • Option 1 (Basic + Commission): R15,000 Basic Salary pm + R1,250 commission per deal closed.

  • Option 2 (Commission Only — High Earning Potential up to R80,000+ pm):

    • 1 to 5 sales: R5,000 per sale

    • 6 to 9 sales: R7,000 per sale

    • 10+ sales: R8,000 per sale

• Payout Terms: Fast commission turnaround (paid within 2 days of deal clearance).
