We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the chemical cleaning or hygiene industry who enjoys working directly with customers, providing technical support, conducting training, and identifying new business opportunities.

• Service, retain, and grow an existing customer portfolio.

• Conduct regular customer visits and quality audits.

• Provide product training, dilution guidance, and safe handling instruction.

• Perform wash audits, titrations, and hygiene swabbing where required.

• Manage customer stock takes and place replenishment orders.

• Resolve customer concerns and recommend practical solutions.

• Grow sales within existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities.

• Introduce new products and value-added solutions.

• Prepare professional quotations and proposals.

• Build strong relationships with customers across various industries.

• Promote the company's products and services to increase market awareness.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Communicate regularly with customers and management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Valid Code 08 Driver's Licence

• Computer literate

• 2–4 years' experience in a Technical Service or Chemical Cleaning environment

• Experience training customers on products and applications is advantageous

• Knowledge of chemical dosing systems, food processing, and hygiene solutions is highly beneficial

• Sales or Marketing qualification will be advantageous

• Customer-focused and service-driven

• Confident presenting and training clients

• Excellent at building long-term relationships

• Strong communicator and negotiator

• Organised with excellent administration skills

• Able to work independently
