Duties:
Contribute to refining and enhancing current and future sales and marketing strategies.
Manage and support a high-performance team responsible for sales, marketing, branding, and communications.
Oversee a team of sales specialists actively pursuing clients across key sectors, including Cleaning Services, Technical Services, and Bundled Services.
Develop, review, and draft quality proposals, bids, and tender responses.
Formulate sales budgets aligned with strategic plans.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and growth objectives to increase market share.
Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing, branding, and communication campaigns.
Re-assess and standardize contract costs and margins.
Maintain the quality and consistency of all marketing collateral and communication materials.
Recommend innovative selling techniques based on thorough market research.
Monitor spend against budgets and report variances.
Track statistical data and respond to market surveys.
Uphold high standards of business ethics and company image.
Identify new growth opportunities across market segments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
Valid Driver’s License.
Minimum of 10 years’ solid experience in Business Development, Market Trends, and Best Practices within the sales and marketing environment.
Strong sales and marketing knowledge, within the services industry.
Proven negotiation skills, project management capabilities, and commercial acumen.
Experience in the Hygiene and Contract Cleaning industries.
Experience in managing a sales team and driving sales performance.
