Key Accountabilities
Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, aligned with growth and revenue targets
Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer‑facing channels
Drive digital marketing across social media, CRM, email, SEO, and app platforms
Develop and manage app‑related marketing initiatives, including customer engagement, loyalty programmes, and CRM campaigns
Use performance data, customer insights, and market research to guide decisions and optimise results
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail, experiential, and app channels
Lead and develop the marketing team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and cross‑functional collaboration
Provide clear reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities
Candidate Profile
7–10+ years’ experience in senior marketing roles within consumer‑led, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG environments
Strong track record of driving business growth through integrated marketing activity
Proven people leadership experience, including managing teams and external partners
Commercially and analytically minded, with the ability to turn data into action
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial or founder‑led environment
Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
