Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies aligned to commercial and growth objectives
Own and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints
Lead digital marketing efforts across social media, email, CRM, SEO, and app‑based communications
Drive the app marketing roadmap, including launch planning, loyalty initiatives, CRM‑driven campaigns, and ongoing engagement
Use customer insights, performance data, and market research to inform strategy and optimise results
Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution across digital, retail, experiential, and app channels
Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, fostering accountability and high standards
Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and cross‑functional collaboration
Deliver clear, actionable reporting to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
Experience & Profile
7–10+ years’ senior‑level marketing experience within consumer, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG environments
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through integrated, multi‑channel marketing strategies
Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams, agencies, and complex stakeholders
Highly analytical, with the ability to convert data into clear insights and commercial action
Confident decision‑maker, comfortable prioritising in a fast‑paced, founder‑led or entrepreneurial environment
Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field
