What You’ll Be Responsible For
Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support growth and revenue objectives
Own brand positioning and ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels
Lead digital marketing initiatives across social, email, CRM, SEO, and app communication platforms
Drive app‑related marketing initiatives, including launches, loyalty programmes, customer engagement, and CRM campaigns
Leverage data, insights, and market research to guide decision‑making and performance optimisation
Manage and deliver campaigns across digital, retail, events, and app environments
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, promoting ownership and high standards
Manage marketing budgets, agency partners, and relationships with internal stakeholders
Produce clear reporting and insights for senior leadership, identifying opportunities and risks
What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role within consumer‑led, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG environments
Demonstrated success in driving commercial outcomes through integrated marketing activity
Strong people leadership experience with internal teams and external partners
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑moving, and entrepreneurial environment
Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related discipline
