An exciting opportunity exists for a highly capable, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of multiple internal brands within a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.
This is a multi-brand role requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end digital marketing activities that drive engagement, traffic, and sales across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple brands
• Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated journeys
• Create and coordinate digital content and design assets for campaigns
• Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content recommendations
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data and insights
• Track KPIs and compile performance reporting for stakeholders
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives and promotions
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy
• Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot, Canva, and similar platforms
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills across different platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer tech, or gaming environments advantageous

• Short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Community management experience
• Influencer or creator campaign experience
• AI-assisted marketing tools and automation workflows
