Purpose
Owns campaign strategy and delivery across all products, ensuring marketing drives
acquisition, engagement and growth.
What You’ll Do
• Lead campaign planning across Sport, Horse Racing, Casino, Retail & Brand
• Translate business priorities into clear campaign plans
• Own campaign calendars, briefs and execution across teams
• Align Digital, Creative, CRM & Affiliate teams around campaigns
• Monitor performance and optimise in-flight campaigns
• Ensure consistent delivery across all channels
KPIs
• Campaign delivery (on time, in full)
• Player acquisition & engagement
• Campaign ROI & performance
• Cross-channel execution quality
