Job Summary
JOB SPECIFICATION
The Marketing, Sales and Admissions Manager is responsible for creating and overseeing the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy of the Company, including management of the Sales and Marketing Team. The strategic development and execution of external and internal marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase student numbers. The role requires effective management of marketing budget, development/growth of marketing team and collaboration with external suppliers to optimise return on investment and achieving company’s objectives and key results.
Duties & Responsibilities
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Marketing
- Create and drive the Company’s marketing strategy and implementation thereof
- Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing campaigns
- Implementing the company’s physical marketing campaigns, including secondary schools visits
- Overseeing the Company’s advertising campaigns
- Responsible for the management of strategic Marketing and Customer Relationship activities
- Build and expand the presence of the company and its brands.
- Oversee creative and strategic development and improvement of Marketing initiatives to ensure growth.
- Appoint and manage external marketing suppliers to optimise return on investment and achieve the company’s objectives and key results;
- Managing the development and maintenance of the Company’s website
- Overseeing the Company’s public relations campaigns;
- Generally monitoring and overseeing the Company’s profile and good reputation
Sales
- Driving the process of lead generation and conversion
- Develop, implement and integrate the Company’s CRM system
- Managing Company events including Open Days and student functions
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s growth through Marketing initiatives
- Managing (and partaking in) the Company’s sales incentive programme
Reporting and Analysis
- Reporting and managing company’s sales targets
- Analyse and report on Marketing initiatives to inform business opportunities.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Assess the ROI of each campaign
Communication
- Overseeing internal student marketing and communications and issues of student satisfaction, as well as the retention of students between years of study;
- Dealing with all general communication with staff and students
- Engagement and management of existing and past students’ activities and concerns including communication
- Overseeing internal student marketing and communications and issues of student satisfaction, as well as the retention of students between years of study
Staff Management
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing teams
- Overseeing the process of sales administration, including capturing of enrolment information on the Company’s database system (Digicampus)
- Managing and overseeing the Company’s front desk
- Developing the marketing and sales team.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Industry Experience required (Education)
Min Matric plus Tertiary Qualification advantageous
REMUNERATION
The employees remuneration package will consist of a basic salary(gross salary) and an incentive portion.
Gross remuneration - R40,000 per month (Negotiable)
Incentive remuneration - R50,000 per month
**(The incentive remuneration is based on reaching a sales target of 192 NEW first year students)**
