Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, along with a strong understanding of SETA processes and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer training and development programmes
- Liaise with SETA bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Assist with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) submissions
- Maintain accurate training records and employee development data
- Support learnerships, internships, and skills development initiatives
- Track training budgets and compile reports for management
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and training providers
- Ensure all training interventions align with company and legislative requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Learning and Development or Training Administration role
- Solid experience working with SETA processes and submissions
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and reporting tools)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
