Location: Centurion, Hybrid working conditions
Salary: R30-R40K plus bonus
A dynamic agricultural commodity trading company based in Centurion—with a strong presence across South Africa, sub?Saharan Africa, and international markets—is looking for an experienced Trade Support Administrator to join the team. You will assist in areas including Operations / Logistics Executions / contracts admin and general trade administration.
Duties and Responsibilities
Logistical Execution
- Coordinating the execution of physical trades from contract through to delivery
- Working closely with Transporters to ensure timely movement of goods
- Monitoring delivery timelines and resolving any execution-related issues
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trade flow
- Handling operational queries related to shipments, stock, and delivery
Contracts Administration
- Managing the full lifecycle of contracts from creation to completion
- Drafting, issuing, and sending contracts to counterparties for signature
- Ensuring all contracts are signed and returned timeously
- Processing and recording all contract amendments accurately
- Managing open and unpriced contracts in collaboration with the commercial team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records within the system
