Our client is seeking a target-driven Call Centre Sales Consultant with experience in the medical/optometry/optical industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
* Build relationships with optometrists and optical practices.
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
* Follow up on leads and generate new sales.
* Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
* Previous call centre, telesales or internal sales experience.
* Optometry/optical industry experience is essential.
* Knowledge of optical products and terminology.
* Excellent communication and telephone skills.
* Strong sales, negotiation and customer service abilities.
* Target-driven and computer literate.
