We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Clerk to join our administration team in East London. The successful candidate will support quality control processes through accurate document handling, data management, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Matching, batching, scanning and validating documentation.
• Maintaining and managing spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Managing Medical Aid IHT spreadsheets and processing uploads.
• Performing general administrative duties, including ICD10 coding.
• Ensuring all documentation and data are processed accurately and in accordance with internal procedures.
• Assisting with additional administrative tasks within the department when required.
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12).
• Previous administrative or data capturing experience will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
