Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the construction of prefab/modular structures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Perform quality control inspections
- Address any construction-related issues and provide solutions
- Oversee safety compliance on the construction site
- Manage and supervise construction teams
- Maintain accurate construction records and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Supervisor in prefab/modular construction
- Strong knowledge of prefab/modular construction methods and technique
- Experience in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
