Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a HR Lead in the Motor Industry Industry
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent NQF level 7 Qualification in HR Management | Commerce | Industrial Psychology essential
- Proficient in MS Office | SAP essential
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management | Talent Retention | Organizational Development | will be beneficial
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure:
- CTC Salary of between R 40 000 and R 60 000 negotiable based on experience
