QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- Grade 12 (required)
- Relevant certificate, diploma, or degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in credit control, handling both consumer and business
NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:
- Oversee collections for both consumer and business
- Manage outstanding balances and ensure timely
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to handle payment
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance credit control
CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Impeccable attention to detail and
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize
- Self-motivated with a willingness to accept responsibility and
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and must be able to
- Analytical thinking ability is essential.
