About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the floor

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators and general workers

Ensure production targets and deadlines are met

Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary

Enforce health and safety procedures at all times

Report operational issues and improvements to management

Assist with training and development of team members
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role within manufacturing or production

Strong leadership and people management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment

Good communication and administrative skills
Advantageous

Technical or trade qualification

Experience working with production systems or reporting tools
- Previous experience in a Fabrication plant
