Administrative Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Supervisor to oversee branch administration, financial processes, stock control, and rental operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient branch operations, accurate reporting, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Monitor team performance through coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Maintain and update rental fleet information on the ERP system.
- Ensure all customer documentation, lease agreements, and payments are completed before unit dispatch.
- Manage billing processes, including pre-billing, escalations, credit notes, and off-hire notices.
- Ensure accurate billing in accordance with lease agreements.
- Maintain units-not-billing reports and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Handle and resolve internal, customer, supplier, and debtor queries.
- Coordinate insurance claim submissions and supporting documentation.
- Manage stock control processes, including stock counts and ERP updates.
- Process delivery and return documentation within agreed turnaround times.
- Reconcile transport and siting accounts monthly.
- Process purchase orders and verify transport and siting rates.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Maintain high housekeeping and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Diploma or Degree in Administration, Logistics, Stock Control, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in an administrative, stock control, logistics, or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
