Job Summary
Our client has an opportunity available for an Executive PA based in Stormill.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience as a senior secretarial.
- Work experience as an Executive PA to Managing Directors or CEO’s.
- Familiarity with office tools such as copy machines etc.
- BComm or completed secretarial diploma.
- The ability to build relationships on all levels with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Oversee receptionist and cleaner performance.
- Format information for internal and external communication.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Reading, monitoring and responding to emails.
- Answering calls and liaising with clients competently.
- Prepare papers for meetings, plan and organize meetings, improve office efficiency, prepare presentations and manage office requirements.
Keeping record and control of audits done at branches
