Job Summary
- Develop and execute annual brand plans, maintaining consistent identity and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
- Plan integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate external creative agencies, and manage core social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Collaborate with product development teams on go-to-market strategies, packaging, pricing, and lifecycle activities for new launches.
- Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to guide product decisions and track brand health metrics.
- Prepare, manage, and allocate the annual marketing budget while strictly monitoring return on investment (ROI).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management (minimum 2 years operating strictly at a Brand Manager level).
- Proven track record within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
- Prior experience or a deep-seated passion for the pet food, pet care, animal health, or veterinary sector is highly advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are required for essential national travel.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and selected weekends to support trade shows, activations, or major product launches.
