Job Summary
Seeking a Facilities Manager (Soft Services) for our client based in Woodmead, Gauteng
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Facilities Management
Minimum 8 years' experience in Facilities Management, Soft Services, Hospitality, Property Management or a related operational environment
3 - 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role overseeing soft services operations.
Proven experience managing the following services:
Cleaning and Hygiene services
Landscaping and Grounds maintenance
Indoor plants
Reception Management
Stock management
Waste management
Pest control
Helpdesk, Call centre
Moves and Churns
Space Management
Experience managing service providers and subcontractors within a contracted services environment
Experience in budget preparation, cost control and financial management
Experience managing projects, mobilisations and service improvement initiatives
Experience in Client relationship management and achieving contractual KPIs and SLAs
Experience in workforce planning, scheduling and performance management
Experience working with CAFM, ERP or Facilities Management systems advantageous
