About the Client Operations Team:
The Client Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s global client base, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, consistent client experience. The team is broadly structured across Client Services and Client Reporting, working in close partnership with Relationship Management, Investments and Operations teams. Client Services has responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and ownership of operational matters across our client’s Institutional and Advisor clients. The team works collaboratively across support long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a wide range of client servicing activities, coordinating across internal teams including Operations, Transitions, Legal, Trading and Investment teams, as well as external partners such as brokers, custodians and client teams
- Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational client queries, ensuring timely resolution and a consistently high standard of service
- Coordinate the resolution of breaches and overdrafts in collaboration with Investment, Implementation and Guideline Monitoring teams, working closely with clients to achieve satisfactory outcomes
- Support pooled fund and segregated account client take-on’s, partnering with the Transition Management team to ensure efficient and well-managed onboarding
- Develop a strong understanding of the administrative and operational services provided by our client and how these support client objectives
- Build and maintain effective client relationships through regular formal and informal interaction, gaining insight into client experience and intentions to proactively manage relationship risks
- Maintain a sound understanding of investment management processes across core strategies, including economic drivers, portfolio construction and risk management principles
Requirements:
- B Comm / B Bus Sci or other similar degree with 3 - 5 years of experience within the asset management industry, with a solid understanding of Operational space
- Strong understanding and hands?on experience of segregated mandate structures and operational requirements
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with confidence, navigating issues and engaging clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and professionalism
- A strong curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and their potential to drive innovation
