About the Opportunity

An established international logistics company with offices in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town, and a network spanning more than 140 locations internationally, is seeking a Junior Management Assistant (Entry-Level Trainee) to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to establish a long-term career within an international organization. We are looking primarily for potential rather than previous experience, and comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Exceptionally well presented and professionally groomed

Confident, engaging and articulate

A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills

Professional and comfortable dealing with clients and senior management

Well organised, reliable and able to work independently

A quick learner with a genuine interest in developing a long-term career

Fluent in English; Afrikaans would be highly advantageous

Computer Skills

Basic knowledge of:

Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Excel

Further training will be provided.

Training & Career Development

Initial training will take place in Durban. Where required, the company will provide accommodation for successful candidates travelling from outside the Durban area during the initial training period.

Following completion of the initial training, the position will transition to remote working, with all necessary equipment provided.

Remuneration

The anticipated starting salary is approximately R10,000 gross per month, although remuneration is negotiable depending on the successful candidate's individual profile and potential.
