Luxury Property Collection with Head Offices based in Hout Bay is looking for an experienced Group Property Manager to join their team. This role is suited to a highly organized, hands-on professional with a strong background in facilities management, property maintenance, contractor coordination; and operational oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repairs ; and overall condition of multiple properties within the group. Working closely with management teams, suppliers, and maintenance contractors ; the Group Property Manager will ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standards while remaining compliant with health and safety regulations and operational requirements. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving abilities ; strong leadership skills ; and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventative maintenance planning, budget management, stock and asset control ; and contractor management . A strong understanding of building systems, facilities operations ; and property upkeep is essential. Duties: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of multiple properties within the group. Implement preventative maintenance schedules and programs. Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers. Conduct regular property inspections and identify areas requiring attention. Monitor building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manage maintenance budgets and control expenditure. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvement projects. Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset registers. Source and negotiate with suppliers and contractors. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during maintenance activities. Provide regular reports to senior management. Requirements: Grade 12 A formal qualification Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of building maintenance and facilities operations. Experience managing multiple properties or sites. Proven experience managing maintenance contractors and suppliers. Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations. Strong budgeting and cost-control experience. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Computer literacy including Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s licence.
