? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a well-established luxury safari and eco-lodge operator, recognised across East Africa for conservation-led hospitality and extraordinary wilderness experiences, for an adaptable and guest-focused ????????? ????? ??????? Our client operates a portfolio of intimate, conservation-focused luxury lodges and camps across East Africa, with a deep commitment to delivering authentic guest experiences alongside meaningful community and environmental impact. Their lodge, perched in the spectacular hills of Uganda, offers remarkable wildlife encounters and breathtaking landscapes in one of Africa’s most compelling and under-explored safari destinations. This is a rare opportunity to join a passionate team at a property that is at an exciting stage of its growth. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will take a hands-on role in the smooth day-to-day running of the lodge across all departments. Key responsibilities include supporting staff scheduling and coordination, co-hosting guest meals and activities, ensuring all guest-facing areas are maintained to the highest standard, assisting with safety and health compliance, contributing to stock and resource management, coordinating leave schedules, and preparing operational reports. The role requires someone equally at home in front of guests and behind the scenes – with the flexibility and energy to step up and lead whenever needed. ???????????? • Proven experience in luxury lodge, safari, or upmarket hospitality – remote or bush settings strongly preferred. • A genuine passion for creating meaningful, experiential travel and delivering exceptional guest moments. • Exposure to community engagement or sustainability-driven hospitality initiatives is a distinct advantage. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; a natural, confident host who connects easily with diverse guests. • Highly organised, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic remote environment. • Familiarity with East Africa and experience in remote or off-grid lodge settings is preferred. • Ugandan nationals are strongly encouraged to apply; candidates from neighbouring East African countries and expatriates with relevant experience will also be considered. • Contactable references essential. ?????? – On application ➡️ ?????? ???? – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
