Key areas of Responsibility:
Education & experience required:
· CA or CIMA qualification required.
· 8+ years’ experience in IT or a related field.
· Experience with programming languages, operating systems, current technologies, cloud, and mobile solutions.
· Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
· Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration.
· Experience defining Digital & IT strategies and roadmaps.
· Proven leadership experience managing senior teams.
· Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
· Strong leadership, conflict management, and facilitation skills.
· Experience with SAP ECC.
· Strong change management capability.
· Comfortable working in fluid structures and reporting environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure.
· Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Agile certification advantageous.
