Key Requirements Proven experience as a Managing Director or equivalent senior executive with full Profit & Loss responsibility. Strong commercial, financial, and strategic leadership capabilities. Extensive experience leading multi-site or complex hospitality, tourism, or service-led businesses. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational excellence. Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams. Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Experience operating within remote or emerging markets is advantageous. High emotional intelligence, integrity, and a values-driven leadership style. Strong alignment with sustainability and purpose-led business principles. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall direction of the business. Take full accountability for business performance, financial results, and long-term growth. Drive sustainable profitability, operational efficiency, and commercial success. Oversee hospitality operations across multiple sites to ensure exceptional service standards. Lead; mentor, and develop senior leadership teams across the organisation. Balance commercial performance with outstanding guest experiences and brand integrity. Manage complex operational challenges within remote operating environments. Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry representatives. Ensure compliance, governance, and operational discipline across all business units. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and long-term strategic planning. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration, and people development.
