Key Responsibilities
Source, headhunt, screen, and interview high-calibre IT professionals (Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, System Architects, etc.)
Utilize advanced Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and network referrals to pipeline passive tech candidates
Match candidate skill sets, experience, and cultural fit to specific client requirements
Act as a reliable point of contact for clients on assigned roles, conducting intake calls and taking clear job specs
Manage candidate submissions, schedule client interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations
Maintain high standards of communication to ensure client trust and seamless service delivery
Maintain clean record-keeping and pipeline tracking in our ATS/CRM
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
