About role:
We are looking for a Junior Administrator to join a dynamic financial services team. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately within tight deadlines.
Prepare and maintain client files for new business and review processes.
Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
Prepare files within the required 48-hour turnaround time.
Maintain accurate registers, trackers and filing systems.
Assist with quotations, comparisons and Medprac administration.
Follow up on outstanding documentation and requirements.
Provide administrative support to Brokers, Compliance and Administration teams.
Identify missing information, gaps or delays and escalate these promptly.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Assist with reporting and general administrative duties as required.
2–3 years' administrative experience.
Experience within financial services, insurance or investments will be advantageous.
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong reporting and administrative skills.
Reliable, accountable and proactive approach to work.
Knowledge of FAIS, FICA and POPIA will be advantageous.
