Head Chef | Luxury Villa | Greater Kruger

Key Responsibilities
• Create and deliver exceptional fine dining menus tailored to guest preferences
• Prepare and present beautifully executed dishes using premium, seasonal ingredients
• Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and service
• Supervise, mentor and develop the kitchen team
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, health and food safety standards
• Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
• Monitor food costs and minimise wastage while maintaining quality
• Cater for dietary requirements and special requests with creativity and attention to detail
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences
Minimum Requirements
• Strong background in high-end fine dining
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Passion for creating innovative and memorable culinary experiences
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience with stock control, ordering and kitchen cost management
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence
