We're looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple marketing channels, delivering high-quality digital campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Manage and update the company website using Wix, including new page creation and CMS management
• Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Drive on-page and technical SEO improvements to maximise website performance
• Review and manage social media engagement, ensuring brand consistency
• Design digital graphics, presentations, signage and print marketing materials
• Coordinate photographers and videographers while managing the digital asset library
• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, email campaigns and promotional materials
• Build and send email campaigns using HubSpot
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels
Requirements
Proven experience in a Digital Marketing roleStrong working knowledge of Wix, Google Ads and Meta Ads
Practical SEO experience (on-page and technical)
Strong Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design skills
Comfortable coordinating photographers/videographers and experienced in basic photo/video editing
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Experience with HubSpot is advantageous
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience within the tourism or hospitality industry is preferred
