Job Summary
An established Dental Practice in Bedfordview, Johannesburg, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced HPCSA-Registered Dentist for a permanent position. The successful candidate will join a professional clinical team offering flexible working hours, excellent support, and an attractive commission-based earning model.
About the Role
Permanent appointment
Available to start as soon as possible
Based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg
Approximately 140–160 hours per month
Flexible working hours
Rotational Saturday shifts
Benefits
Commission of 33%–50% of turnover
Commission paid on all patients treated, regardless of payment received
No deductions for bad debts
Essential Requirements
HPCSA registration in good standing
Minimum of 1–2 years' private practice experience (essential)
Professional indemnity/malpractice insurance
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

Dentists manage their own billing
