We're on the hunt for a Senior Desktop & Office 365 Engineer to join our client's Gqeberha-based team. You'll play a critical role in supporting our clients across a wide range of technical issues, with a strong focus on Office 365 and desktop support. You'll need to work smart, independently, and with confidence. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and thrives in an environment where initiative is the norm.
Requirements:
Academic Requirements:
• A 2- or 3-year diploma in IT support services, or
• A+ and N+ certifications

Work Experience:
• 4–5 years in a similar support or engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with Office 365:
• User management (Azure AD sync or cloud)
• Exchange and mailbox troubleshooting
• Spam filtering, mail tracing, and DNS management
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve client support tickets via email or phone
• Configure client software, email accounts, and troubleshoot related issues
• Maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 portal and Exchange
• Conduct regular patch management, hardware support, and antivirus updates via RMM
tools
• Take escalations from junior engineers
