Clear criminal record; Excellent employment track record – references will be verified; Excellent English fluency & literacy; Existing work experience, within either a 4, preferably 5* lodge environment; Big 5 experience – non-negotiable; FGASA NQF 2; Valid First Aid; NDT registration; Valid driver’s licence & PrDP; Excellent communication and people handling skills; An inherent passion for observing, sharing and learning about nature; A team player who is confident but humble; Flexible and co-operative and keen to work with the balance of the team in the interests of the lodges and the guests; Organized with attention to detail and time; Professional and neat in personal appearance and image ??? ???????????????? Welcome and engage guests in a warm and friendly manner; Hosting of guests, if applicable; Create memorable and educational Big 5 drive experiences for Guests by providing informative nature encounters; Customize experiences to meet Guests' interests and preferences, ensuring their satisfaction; Share in-depth knowledge about local flora and fauna, wildlife behaviour, ecology and conservation efforts; Identify and educate Guests about various species of animals, birds and plants; Prioritize guest safety during outdoor activities by adhering to safety protocols; Maintain and inspect outdoor equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in excellent working condition; Provide clear safety instructions and guidelines to Guests; Promote responsible and sustainable tourism practices with a focus on minimizing environmental impact; Ensure Guest satisfaction by being adaptable and responsive to their needs; Report safety concerns or incidents promptly to lodge management; Collaborate effectively with the guiding team and other lodge departments to ensure a seamless Guest experience. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ?????
