Role Overview
Responsible for delivering engaging skincare training, enhancing product knowledge, and driving customer experience across retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
? Deliver skincare training programmes to retail teams
? Facilitate sessions on skincare, ingredients, and treatments
? Conduct in-store, virtual, and on-site training
? Support product launches and brand education
? Demonstrate skincare techniques and product application
? Provide coaching and on-the-ground support
? Develop training materials and content
? Monitor training effectiveness and report on outcomes
? Stay updated on industry trends
? Requirements
? Matric
? Diploma / Certification in Skincare / Aesthetics / Cosmetology
? Assessor / Moderator (advantageous)
? 2 – 5 years’ training experience in skincare / beauty
? Strong product and treatment knowledge
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Driver’s licence & willingness to travel
