Key Duties & Responsibilities · Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and leading the team. · Oversee food preparation, quality control, and service during peak periods. · Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a creative and inspiring work environment. · Contribute to menu planning and innovative dish creation, ensuring guest satisfaction.
