The ideal candidate should be a passionate, creative chef with a strong command of modern plating techniques, refined presentation, and artistic use of texture - Strong à la carte expertise is essential, including the ability to produce sophisticated light luncheons and cocktail-paired tapas to an exceptional standard; ???? ?? ???? ?? ???? ??? ??? ?????? ????????, producing high quality meals in a fast paced environment. Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. Estimate the daily production needs including checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. Working closely with all senior chefs in creating and elevating all aspects of the culinary experience. Able to develop, train and inspire a diverse team of junior chefs. Being pro-active in managing food control systems to ensure margins are maintained. Strict adherence to all agreed regulations, especially with regards to security, environment and hygiene regulations. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? Basic monthly remuneration of approx. R15, 000.00 NEG. PLUS - 1 meal per day from the staff canteen; Gratuities - pooled & / direct; Provident fund - 100% coverage by the company; Medical insurance - 100% coverage by the company; Uniform and laundry thereof; Complimentary staff shuttle service is provided for shift transport, with pick-up before each shift and drop-off after each shift for staff living within approximately 20 km of the property in surrounding local communities.
