What You'll Do
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
Track important deadlines and commitments for the Managing Director.
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
Assist with personal administrative tasks when required.
Oversee general office administration and administrative processes.
Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.
Manage office supplies and consumables.
Prepare letters, contracts, and business correspondence.
Maintain company records and databases.
Coordinate multiple events and monitor project deadlines.
Prepare event status reports and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator.
Previous experience supporting a Managing Director or business owner will be advantageous.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with cloud-based business systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional presentation and a high level of integrity.
Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.
Valid driver's licence.
Project coordination experience and basic financial administration knowledge will be beneficial.
