Our client, a dynamic organization within the advertising and retail sectors, is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead their sales teams from their vibrant Muizenberg location. With a focus on strategy execution, team development, and client engagement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape business success.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives
Track sales performance, prepare insightful reports, and present findings to senior management
Support, mentor, and develop sales team members to achieve their best
Foster a high-performing team culture focused on results and collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Oversee proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiations to maximize value
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Must have experience with Branding or Clothing
7-10 years of experience in a sales environment
At least 5 years in a management role leading sales teams
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Proficiency in performance analysis and strategic planning
Nice to Have:
Experience in the advertising or retail industry
What We'll Give You:
Salary: R40,000 - R60,000 per month (Cost to Company)
