Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Ensure production SOPs are reviewed and executed correctly
Streamline and oversee production workflows
Monitor daily production plan and oversee output
Manage production schedule and nonconformities
Set and monitor daily performance targets
Manage raw material replenishment
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management System
Assist with quality control standards and ensure output meets quality standards
Partner with other departments to address quality issues
Support internal quality audits and ensure closure of findings
Manage team performance and ensure clear communication
Provide technical support to supervisors and team leaders
Improve absenteeism and staff costs management
Conduct performance reviews and ensure policy compliance
Organize and lead continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives
Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and implement visual management systems
Drive cost reduction and efficiency projects
Report on production and quality metrics
Ensure health and safety standards and housekeeping
