- 4–6 years in digital media / programmatic sales
- Strong agency network and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in digital ad sales (display, video, mobile, social)
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good understanding of data, targeting, and performance metrics
What will you do
- Drive digital media revenue through agency and client partnerships
- Build and grow relationships with agencies and planners
- Identify and convert new campaign opportunities
- Develop and present data-led campaign solutions
- Work with internal teams to deliver campaigns to KPI
- Report on performance and drive repeat business
- Manage pipeline and forecasting
