Mixologist | Canal Walk | Premium Entertainment A prestigious, high-profile venue in Canal Walk is looking for a Super Amazing MXOLOGIST to take complete ownership of its premium bar operations. This is not your average bar. This unique, multi-faceted destination seamlessly blends a cutting-edge gaming experience with a gourmet restaurant and a sophisticated, upscale bar. Operating from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, we need a charismatic, trend-setting professional to design and execute a world-class cocktail menu that perfectly complements the gourmet food offering. The Role As the Mixologist, you will be the face and soul of the bar. You will have the creative freedom to design bespoke signature menus, curate premium spirits, and showcase advanced techniques (infusions, smoke, textures, and artisanal garnishes). Beyond the craft, you will ensure the bar operates flawlessly, maintaining impeccable premium standards and training the floor team on beverage pairing and service etiquette. Key Responsibilities: Menu Curation & Innovation: Design and execute a sophisticated, visually stunning cocktail menu utilizing premium spirits, fresh house-made ingredients, and modern mixology techniques. Guest Experience: Deliver charismatic, interactive service at the bar, engaging guests and creating a loyal following. Quality & Consistency: Ensure every drink served - whether a classic twist or a bespoke creation - is executed with absolute precision and stunning presentation. Stock & Cost Control: Manage high-end beverage inventory, reduce wastage, maintain target margins, and build strong relationships with premium suppliers. Mentorship: Educate and inspire the small team of bartenders and floor staff, elevating their overall beverage knowledge and pouring standards. What We Are Looking For: A proven track record as a Senior Bartender, Lead Mixologist, or Bar Manager in a premium cocktail lounge, luxury hotel bar, or high-end gourmet restaurant. Deep; passionate knowledge of spirits, classic cocktail architecture, flavour theory, and cutting-edge mixology trends. An artistic eye for presentation and glassware styling that makes every drink "Instagram-worthy" to match a modern, premium venue. Impeccable grooming, a polished and professional demeanour, and exceptional communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts aligned with trading hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM), including weekends and vibrant evening trade.
