Key Responsibilities: ? Strategic & Operational Leadership • Lead the overall strategic direction and operational performance of the Botswana business • Oversee multiple luxury safari properties and remote operations • Ensure long-term sustainability, operational efficiency, and brand consistency • Navigate complex operational and logistical challenges effectively ? Financial Performance & Business Growth • Drive financial performance and sustainable commercial growth • Oversee operational budgets, reporting, and long-term planning • Ensure alignment between financial objectives and conservation commitments • Support responsible business growth and strategic expansion initiatives ? Leadership & Team Development • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing senior management team • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence • Inspire trust and credibility across diverse teams and departments • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives ? Conservation, Community & Stakeholder Engagement • Uphold the organisation’s conservation ethos and sustainability goals • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communities, and partners • Balance guest experience delivery with responsible environmental practices • Represent the business professionally at executive and stakeholder level ⭐ Guest Experience & Brand Standards • Safeguard and elevate luxury guest experience standards across all properties • Ensure the brand’s authenticity, values, and ethos remain central to operations • Drive service excellence and meaningful guest engagement throughout the business ?
