Where You'll Make an Impact:
Oversee the infrastructure and facilities of the Sandringham campus, including security, cleaning, gardening, and building maintenance.
Lead construction project management, renovations, and laboratory installations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, develop standard operating procedures, and manage building systems operation.
Coordinate project management activities within allocated budgets.
Manage the vehicle fleet, staff moves, and campus accommodation.
Enforce safety standards and facilitate continuous improvement across facility operations.
Duties:
Manage campus infrastructure and facilities.
Oversee security, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance activities.
Lead construction projects and renovations.
Develop and implement SOPs and ensure health and safety compliance.
Supervise building systems operation and laboratory installations.
Manage budgets and procurement processes.
Oversee vehicle fleet, staff relocations, and accommodation.
Requirements:
Certificate in Project Management.
Valid Driver’s licence.
Proven experience in facilities management, construction, and project management.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, budgeting, and financial management.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Excellent negotiation and planning skills.
Familiarity with the following:
Construction and engineering environments.
Budget and financial management.
Safety regulations and standards.
