This role suits a hands-on, multi-site restaurant operator who enjoys being on the floor, supporting General Managers, and driving consistent standards across service, food delivery, and overall guest experience. The focus is practical operational support, coaching, and compliance, with responsibility for monitoring performance basics such as labour discipline, stock processes, wastage awareness, and daily service execution. You will be a visible, solutions-driven presence across the portfolio, stepping in during peak periods, resolving operational gaps quickly, and ensuring each restaurant remains aligned to brand expectations. ???????????? ● 5+ years’ restaurant operations experience, with proven exposure to high-volume service restaurants ● Strong floor presence with the ability to coach and support GM teams without disrupting culture ● Good understanding of restaurant SOPs, H&S compliance, and operational routines ● Comfortable working across multiple sites, prioritising effectively, and remaining calm under pressure ● Solid people leadership, communication, and follow-through on action plans ???????????????? ● Support General Managers with day-to-day operational performance across multiple restaurants ● Maintain service standards, SOP adherence, and consistent guest experience delivery ● Conduct site visits, operational check-ins, and follow-ups on action plans ● Assist with staffing support, onboarding, basic training coordination, and discipline alignment to policy ● Monitor stock processes, basic cost controls, and supplier/service quality issues ● Ensure compliance with health & safety and internal operational procedures ● Assist with weekly reporting and operational feedback to senior leadership ● Support new openings, campaigns, and operational rollouts when required ????? – Jhb – ASAP | Cape Town - May ??????????? - Only open to South African citizens ➡️ ?????? ???? – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
